    Music & Beyond Festival will host Polish musicians presenting Polish Music Days (8 and 15 July).

    Polish musicians will perform music pieces of Poland’s most famous classical and modern age composers from F. Chopin to I.J. Paderewski, K. Szymanowski, G. Bacewicz, J. Bielecki and K. Penderecki. Our special treat would be the music of Witold Lutoslawski, as this year we celebrate one-hundred anniversary of his birth.

    This concert features music from the renowned Polish composer Witold Lutosławski, whose life and music are being commemorated during the 2013 Lutosławski Year in Poland and abroad.



    These concerts are part of the Polish Music Days project launched by PianoClassic Association (Cracow/Poland) and co-financed from the funds granted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the competition for the public task “Cooperation with Polish Diaspora and Poles Abroad in 2013.” The concerts are presented in partnership with the Embassy of Poland in Ottawa
